The links provided below are those we believe are
of interest to Tango Society of Boston members. These include the websites
to local area tango resources and organizations and those in the greater New England
area, and some organizations that are like ours worldwide. The Tango
Society of Boston operates weekly events on Wednesdays, a monthly event on the
third weekend of every month, and occasional special events (i.e. Tango by
Moonlight). However, as the Argentine Tango Community in Boston grows,
there are and will be increasing opportunities for our members to dance
throughout the week. The Boston Tango Calendar is one place you can go to
get a glimpse of tango related activities in a given week. The links below
is another location as it gives you access to the websites maintained by other
tango organizers (many of whom are our members as well) in the area. We also
recognize many Tango Societies worldwide that are similar in purpose and
operation to our organization. Some of these we have successfully made
reciprocal arrangements so that if you travel to those cities and would like to
dance, you would be considered a guest member as we consider those folks our
guest members. Finally, we have chosen a few selected
links to other sites that do maintain a more comprehensive set of
Tango links. We will make a valiant effort to maintain and update this area of
our website.
We also encourage and ask for
"link reciprocity" with the intent of mutual benefit, i.e., that the sites listed here
include the

on their web site.
Local Area Tango Organizers and Instructors
(Listed Alphabetically) The events
sponsored by these organizers should already be listed on the Boston Tango
Calendar. Many of them teach regular classes as well and you are
encouraged to visit their website or contact them for more information about
their classes and/or workshops.
