Guillermo Merlo and Laura Grandi will partner and teach both classes together. Currently, we do not have a "couple" teaching Tango classes on a regular basis in our community, so this will be a wonderful addition and perfect experience for both leaders and followers Wednesday Tango Classes 7-8pm Beginner Tango 8-9pm Intermediate + Tango NO PARTNER NECESSARY NO NEED TO PRE-REGISTER. For the month of November we will work on the following in the Intermediate Class;
""𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑨𝒓𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒔 (𝑬𝒙𝒊𝒕𝒔) 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒐𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒔" This class is designed for both leaders and followers equally since both Guillermo and Laura will be showing both roles. In this new series, Guillermo and Laura will focus on developing smooth transitions using shared axis, weight control, and circular energy, while exploring the integration of planeos and barridas into dynamic combinations. Students will learn to apply these movements naturally within the embrace, maintaining both connection and clarity of intention. If you who wish to refine your technique, expand your creative vocabulary, and deepen the expressive dialogue within the tango embrace, this class is perfect for you. Whether you’re new to these movements or ready to polish your style, this course will help you dance ganchos & enganches with confidence, safety, and flair. |
