"Introduction to Argentine Tango"
March 1, 8, 15 22, 29, 2026

For Total Beginners, or beginners who wants to LEVEL UP their Tango, and anyone who wants to learn/review fundamentals in a course of 4 classes.
Learn the fundamentals, basic moves, organization of the dance, connection, navigation strategies for dancing.
Ideal for absolute beginners, people who need to review fundamentals, or dances from another genre who want to learn Tango quickly.
You will acquire the knowledge to become a social tango dancer, and attend with more confidence to the regular group classes. You just need to continue practicing A LOT!
Requirements
All gender is welcome to lead or follow
Bring comfortable shoes and clothes. Not sure about shoes? Bring a pair of socks
You will have a lot of practice and individual corrections.

We have a new plan for students: Each class is now $15, to help you save and get back to dancing!! Free Wednesday Tango Break Milonga if you take a class prior For the month of March, in the Intermediate+ class will work on: "Tangolonga" New Concept of learning the same step to be used for Tango and Milonga. OH WHAT FUN!!! Whether you’re new to these movements or ready to polish your style, this course will help you dance ganchos & enganches with confidence, safety, and flair. |
𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤.
Guillermo Merlo and Laura Grandi will partner and teach both classes together. For the month of March we will work on the following in the Intermediate Class;
Introducing: TANGOLONGA — A 3-Week Adventure into Tango & Milonga This December, we’re delighted to present “Tangolonga”, an exciting and unique 3-week intermediate series built especially for intermediate dancers taught by Guillermo Merlo and Laura Grandi. In our Intermediate Class we’ll explore how the same steps and sequences can be danced in both tango and milonga. Same movements, two different flavors—discover versatility, musicality, and playful expression across both dances. A fun and inspiring way to expand your tango and milonga technique. This class is designed for both leaders and followers equally since both Guillermo and Laura will be showing both roles. If you who wish to refine your technique, expand your creative vocabulary, and deepen the expressive dialogue within the tango embrace, this class is perfect for you. |
